Each year, the AMA holds an annual International Collegiate Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. Collegiate chapters from around the world gather together for a weekend full of professional development, competitions and networking.
NUMA was recently recognized at the 2015 American Marketing Association International Collegiate Conference for excellence in Chapter Planning, Communications, and Membership and a received an award for our social media efforts in the AMA’s awareness campaign for the charity “Be the Match.” At last year’s conference, NUMA took home an award for Outstanding Professional Development.
This year we will be competing in the AMA Collegiate Case Competition, Exhibit Competition, Website Competition, International Sales Competition, Outbound Sales Competition, and more. Eboard member Ashley Frizzell placed 2nd overall in the AMA TEK Outbound Sales Competition this fall.
