Margie Bogart | President
Margie is a fifth year marketing major with a minor in music industry, originally from New Jersey. She is currently co-oping on the demand marketing team at Intuit QuickBase and has previously worked as a demand generation co-op at Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company, and as a content marketing co-op at Care.com. When she is not spearheading NUMA events and plans she is likely relaxing at the beach, binge-watching shows on Netflix, or whipping up some delicious vegetarian meals.
Ashley Frizzell | Executive Vice President
Ashley is a fourth year business student concentrating in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She has completed two co-ops, with the first at Reebok working in their global headquarters as a Footwear Product Marketing Co-op and the second at TJX in the buying department for ladies’ shoes as an Associate Buyer Co-op within their merchandising program. Hailing from South Burlington, VT, Ashley has found many ways to stay busy in the hustle and bustle of Boston on campus (with involvement in Circle K and Husky Ambassadors) and off campus (kayaking on the Charles River or exploring all the great food options in the North End).
Jeremy Goldstein | VP of Communications
Jeremy is a fourth year student studying Marketing and Management Information Systems from Morris Plains, NJ. Jeremy has co-oped at VMware on the Global Analyst Relations team and previously co-oped at Shoebuy.com in the Email Marketing department. He currently serves as a Peer Mentor for the Marketing Department’s Intro to Co-Op class. When he’s not managing NUMA’s communication program, Jeremy enjoys keeping up on tech trends and watching his favorite show, Game of Thrones.
Katherine Hayes | VP of Membership
Katherine is a second-year student studying Marketing and History and minoring in International Affairs, coming from the suburbs of Philadelphia. She also serves as Head of Communications for the Emerging Markets Club on campus, and while she has yet to be on a co-op, she is excited for all the opportunities Northeastern provides. When not being involved in clubs, you can find her reading up a storm, dreaming about her next travel destination, or blogging on WordPress.
Anna Glasberg | VP of Recruitment, Video Production
Anna is a fourth year marketing student minoring in psychology. Currently, she is co-oping at ClearEdge Partners, a startup IT advisory firm in Newton, MA. Her previous co-op was with the University Relations department at Liberty Mutual. Outside of academia, Anna is a second degree black belt and assistant instructor at the Concord School of Taekwon-Do in her hometown of Concord, MA.
Emma Munley | Growth Consultant
Emma is a junior studying marketing from Syracuse, NY. She is currently studying abroad in London, England. This past summer, Emma interned at a start up company, working out of the Harvard Innovation Lab. She completed her first co-op experience in the rewards marketing department at Staples Headquarters in Framingham, MA. When she’s not traveling abroad or buried in work, she enjoys baking, running, and playing guitar.
Elizabeth Tousignant Miller | Advertising Chair
Elizabeth is a fifth year studying Business with a Marketing concentration and Communication Studies minor. She was born in Montreal, Canada but moved to the US at the age of 5. She has lived in New Hampshire for the past 10 years. She has co-oped at Joss & Main (a Wayfair company) in Boston on the Acquisitions side of the Marketing team and KIND Healthy Snacks in NYC on the Brand team. A fun fact about Elizabeth is that she is a second degree black belt in taekwondo.
Kayla O’Neill | Web Chair
Kayla is a fourth year student majoring in Marketing and International Affairs and minoring in Global Social Enterprise, hailing from Charlotte, NC. She is currently co-oping at Amazon Web Services on their Event Marketing team and previous co-oped at Bose Corporation. When she’s not managing the NUMA website or working hard at planning events, she is likely exploring the Pacific Northwest or reading Kindle books with lots of chocolate nearby.
Shantal Gonzalo | Recruitment Chair
Shantal is a fourth year student majoring in Management Information Systems, coming all the way from Caracas, Venezuela. She is currently co-oping at SmartBear Software on their Sales team as Operations Analyst and previously co-oped at MFS with their Relationship Management team. She has worked in NUMA through advertising, recruitment and is now supporting the Membership program. On her spare time she enjoys being a ‘foodie’ by enjoying food all over Boston and trying new recipes at home. She loves a good book and staying active through sports and activities like Zumba.
Jessi Field-Sierra | Community and Social Impact Chair
Jessi is a second year student, studying marketing and interactive media. She is currently completing her second marketing internship at a local advertising agency. She plans on starting her first co-op this spring. In her free time, she loves to eat good food, explore Boston, travel, paint, write, design, and take in nature.
Alexandra Berg | Social Media Chair
Alexandra is a third year Marketing major with minors in Chinese and Psychology. She is getting ready for co-op this coming spring. Hailing from Mattapoisett, MA, Alex strengthened her love for animals by assisting at a veterinarian hospital during summers. Currently, she can be found on the squash courts playing with her team, practicing Chinese in the Language Speaking Partners Program, and Instagramming about all the animals in her life.
